These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.pocketofscents.com and any related services provided by Pocket of Scents, operated by C Stockholm AB (company registration number 556813-1022), located at Kemistvägen 2A, 183 79 Täby, Sweden.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
1. General Information
Pocket of Scents is an online store offering a curated selection of perfumes and scent-related products. We aim to ensure that all product information, pricing, and availability on the site is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to modify or update information at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) / Swedish kronor (SEK )and include applicable VAT.
Payment can be made securely through the available payment options at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship all orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.
4. Returns and Refunds
You may return sealed and unopened perfume products within 30 days of delivery. If the plastic wrapper has been removed, returns are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
Each order includes a prepaid return shipping label ("fraktsedel"). If used, a return fee of 39 SEK will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 4 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
