Thank you for shopping at Pocket of Scents. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that the product is sealed and unopened. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perfumes where the plastic wrapper has been removed.

How to Return an Item

Each delivery includes a return shipping label. If you choose to use this label to return your order, a return shipping fee of 39 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

  1. Ensure the product is unused and still sealed in its original packaging.

  2. Repack the item carefully to avoid damage during transport.

  3. Attach the included return label to the outside of the package.

  4. Drop off the parcel at the designated shipping point indicated on the label.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 4 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 39 SEK return shipping fee (if applicable).
